Hi, Is there a real fix for this? The message posts shows people saying that the dealer fix does not work and that we should buy some clamps. I have just over 4k miles on my 2014 and it does not make sense for me to do this.

Hi boston850,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand you're concerned about the seat movement in your truck. Please know that we've done extensive research and have given all pertinent information to the dealership. Since I'm not trained as a technician, I'm unable to provide any technical information. However, I do stand by the dealer’s expert opinion as they're our eyes and ears within the field. As a result, I recommend going in for a diagnosis and giving them an opportunity to address this for you. I'd be more than happy to reach out on your behalf and ensure all of the available resources are utilized. In order to do so, I'd need your contact information, VIN, and the preferred dealership. Please let me know if this is something you're interested in.
Sincerely,

Hi XXXX,
I have already spoken to my dealership, and they were not aware of this issue. So, I don't want to start from the beginning with them. Also, others in this discussion were not able to get this fixed at the dealership.
So, back to my original question. Has GM looked at the fix applied by users in the thread?

You are not answering my question! I don't need help going to the dealership. Is GM aware of this FIX? period.
