Hey everyone. Seems like my 2015 Silverado 94k on odo has #6 cylinder lifter tick and needs replacing.. I have done my research and will not be deleting at this time and just putting back to stock.
Anyways while shopping and trying to find deals on quality parts I have noticed quite a few “OEM” AC Delco lifter sets way below current lifter prices…. These do appear to be some of the older part numbers but does anyone know if these are legit???? Is there a known quality difference between part numbers 12645725 (old) on eBay and current 12680871?

My truck is in the shop now getting the vacuum pump replaced under this recall tsb thing... question for the group. My truck has a 6" suspension lift on it and the Dealership is wanting to charge additional labor due to additional brackets that are in the way to replace the vacuum pump.... ?? I was told GM would probably not reimburse additional fees because aftermarket. Anyone else with a lift have this recall done? Did the Dealership say the same thing?
Please help me understand. I have a 2015 silverado lt with DL8. If I buy DL3 mirrors and matching door harnesses do I still need to add 4 additional wires to make the signals and puddle lights? I would think they would be included in the new dl3 door harness right?
Any updates on this? I have been researching on how to change my DL8 mirrors to DL3 so I can add powerfold and signals. Can this be done by just swapping mirrors, harnesses, and switch?
