  1. I haven’t. All stock
  2. Has anyone found a way to calculate the largest tire/wheel setup without rubbing? Currently have Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x12/5r22s w/ 4" BDS lift and even after 25,000 miles I'm still suffering from rubbing. I want to replace the tires in the next 4-6 months but have heard there's some magic formula to deciding the biggest tire without the rub. Thanks in advance!
  3. I’m running OE Replica 22”x9s. They’re Chevy/GMC 22s. I’m really not sure what the offset is, but the backspacing is 1/4” or so from the caliper. the first shop I used is a local joint, seemed quite confident. Didn’t love their result. Second is a large chair place. They did a great job explaining everything. Off by a minor amount on steering wheel alignment. its just an RST, no trail boss. I’ll get photos of rubbing issues and clearances tomorrow.
  4. So, I'm 700 or so miles in and this has been a nightmare. I don't even like to drive my truck anymore. BDS claimed that 4" would allow for 35x12.5 would fit. I have 35x12.5-22s installed with the 4" lift. I claimed no rub because I didn't have any. After my first alignment (there have been three and it's still not right) I immediately noticed some rubbing... and I'm talking about 40%-60% turn frontwards and reverse was worse. I thought the alignment shop may have done something, so I explained the issue, along with the fact that the toe was still very very wrong. He took it back in, on the other side of the second alignment, same issues all the way around. Found another shop and had the third alignment. the numbers say it's aligned correctly, but the steering wheel is still off, and it still has a weird feel... and the rubbing continues. I feel like it's not as bad in drive, but reverse I'm so damn limited in range that I don't even back out of parking spots anymore. I have to ensure I can drive through them or the lane is wide. I said all of that to ask... is this a BDS issue? Should I call and complain? I LOVE the ride aside from the rubbing. And it looks amazing.
  5. Taking it to the dealership to let them deal with that. Haven’t really researched it yet, honestly.
  6. Well... it’s all complete, finally! Here’s some update photos.
  7. Finally got it installed. Took us legit 17 hours. First timers... now I know it’s worth the cost to have it done. BDS 4” OE Replica 22” 35” Ridge Grapplers no rub.
  8. How difficult is the install? Dealer part?
  9. I made it happen.
  10. 100+ miles in, no jingle. I have about 6 hours of driving to do today, so I’ll know for sure by days end. I’ll update when I get home.
  11. Got the truck back today. About a 20 min drive home, with 250 ft worth it chain link fence parts in the back, zero noise. I’ll keep y’all updated with my results. Crossing my fingers that this is the one.
  12. So, had a repair “B” way back when. Just dealt with the noise since, obviously the repair didn’t work. Today I took the truck back in. They’re way up in letters now for the repair updates. “E” to be exact. Photos posted below. I’ll let you know what it does.
  13. I’m sure hoping so. Wife informed me it’s my Christmas and birthday presents for years to come hahaha. I’ll be sure to get some photos up when it all comes together.
  14. Test fir for my OE 22” wheels. Numbers all said it’d work, but had to be sure. 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers are ordered and will be mounted next week. ordered a 4” BDS lift, will install myself when it arrives and get these bad boys put on.
  15. Hello all, I’ve reached the 1 year mark if ownership and have decided to start modifications. 4” lift is upcoming (see my other thread about best place to purchase) and I’ve ordered 22” OEM replicas. Will eventually get them wrapped in 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers. I’m wondering if anyone else out there has this combo, or something similar (4” + 22” + 33” for example), and would post some photos. Quite hard to find such details on google or forum search. Cheers!
  16. I’m assuming zero rub or trimming on this? Ordered OE replica 22” for my ‘19 RST. Hoping to wrap them in 35x11.5 and not have to trim. 4” BDS would be installed before wheel and tire add on.
  17. Already have paint match bumper, but those exhausts are slick. Considered removing mine for a set of duals in black.
  18. Add mine to the repaired but not fixed list. 144 miles post repair... jingle jingle.
  19. I wish someone would make a DIY video for a 4” or below.
  20. Negative. They “can’t hear it”. I showed them the TSP for the problem. Confirmed I have the AAM built front axle and he said he’d make the annotations
  21. I’m convinced it’s either the fuel pump or he emergency brake. I’m unsure as to why the brake would auto set, but I originally heard this exact noise in my wife’s 17 GMC Acadia. I wasn’t surprised at all to hear it in this truck. On her car it’s for sure the e-brake. try pressing the E-brake button and compare the noises. also, I heard it last week when I unlocked and opened the tailgate. Once again this wouldn’t make since for the fuel pump, but would for the e-brake.
  22. Well, that fell through. As of now, no adjustments on cab or bed. Tech said he walked the lot and found 2 trucks that had perfectly centered beds. Says the rest are off by some amount. The loaner I’m in while they looked at mine again is off the same amount or more than mine and to the opposite side. Seems their engineers are putting their heads together for a fix. But, no TSB as of yet.
