Dear Mr. Thibodaux, I have been in contact with Randy at the dealership and he is stating that there is nothing that can be done. I do apologize that they feel that way and for any inconvenience. I do understand that Courtesy Buick GMC may be further away, but they did state that there are things that can be looked at in an attempt for a resolution.
