  1. I have the painted front bumper and sure wish I had... The bumper is by far the worst part for chips IMO
  2. My dealer recommended I put it there and actually wired it for me...
  3. Tailgate looks very kool... better have a lift system as it will surely be heavy. Wonder if step HAS to come down as I often need to run longer loads with gate down...
  4. I also agree the heated steering NEEDS to come on with remote start... -26C here this morning!
  5. My white bumper has chips everywhere... I wish it was chrome although it does look darn good color matched...
  6. The person I got my truck back from did not have details, sorry. Mine is not harder to turn than it used to be, same as new...
  7. Picked up my truck this morning and steering is back to normal, this was actually pretty painless which is a good thing...good as new... Hopefully not replaced with same as original so it does not happen again...
  8. My 2016 Silverado 2500HD now has 27,000km and has the problem. I took it in to my dealer, One writer came for a drive with me, by the time e got back the service manager had found the TSB and right away he and a tech checked a little closer and I should be back in there soon for a repair... Does feel weird driving with slop though, limiting as much as I can... I must say I feel well taken care of by my dealer up here...
  9. Started noticing yesterday that at highway speed, my steering feels sloppy. I can move the steering approx 2.5" side to side without the truck changing direction. Feels weird, wondered if anyone else has experienced this. Yes of course I will be visiting the dealer as this is a safety concern, just wondering what to expect... The truck now has 27,000km (almost 17,000 miles)
  10. I am totally impressed with my 2016 2500HD High Country... My best is 9.2l/100km (in Canada) which c]should be just under 26mpg also
