  1. I would call your local dealer. I bought the whole kit for a lot less than 250 Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  2. The picture of your exhaust, correct me if Im wrong. You had the flapper valve cut off and then welded it back on to the front of the borla?

How does your idea of putting the flapper in front of the muffler work for you,I'm seriously thinking about replicating that. I did notice that the GM factory Borla cat back system does have flapper in front also. The only thing different i'll do is keep my resonator and dump behind the wheel.

  3. That looks great. I like a little more tire normally but that fits your truck perfectly! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

  13. Well.....Metal would certainly be a poor choice for anyone worried about heat. Metal is a better conductor of heat than plastic, making the plastic box a better choice for a high heat location. Stay close....the intelligence might rub off lol
  14. Plastic battery boxes are designed to withstand high heat just like all the other Plastic under the hood. Most intake manifolds are now plastic. As far as fluids boiling. That's kinda funny really. Washer fluid is in a plastic jug right in front of where the box would be. Doesn't boil. Brake fluid in plastic resevior doesn't boil. 15. I don't drive around with any of that stuff on a regular basis but I like to have it with me on a trip. So it wouldn't be exposed to such heat on a regular basis. Don't forget it gets pretty hot in the bed of a truck as well. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
