$4500 to $6000 looks good from the outside. I do see the rip in drivers seat. Mileage does become a factor. Any leaks? Does it use oil. a lot of other things as I'm sure you know can and do come into play. This is all my perspective as a auctioneer. IE what could I get at auction. Just the other day a 1997 ford Ranger sold for $17,000 in WI. but it only had 4007 miles on it and had been garaged all the time.
