    If the reset don't do the trick it's not too complicated to remove the old and replace with a new actuator. I had the same issue in my 99 Silverado and replaced both actuators under my dash for the fix. Decided to replace both lower actuators, fan blower and cabin filters because after I got in there things looked old and never touched plus my fan blower was noisey.
