    Have not done a norcal, but i will look into that if something starts to droop. I would bet u could go slightly large if u did though.

    There is a slight rub on the plastic guard under the front bumper ONLY when i back out of my angled drive with wheels turned. I think i am leaving it alone as it will let me know if over time i get any closer to the METAL part of the bumper. Thx!

    Better now with the BDS 4" lift. Much smoother ride, clicking in my steering has gone away.. And i can turn again! Did up my tire size to BFG TA KO2s 305 70s Also added 1/4" wheel spacers on the front.

    So here i am 4 years later and countless front end issues due to the bad angles with the Rough Country lift. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT going with the 27820 3.5" lift by Rough Country. way too many issues. looking at the BDS 4" now.

    So add me to the list. I have a 2015 sierra crew cab with a 2.5" rough country lift. After putting on around 25k miles I started hearing a dragging, clicking noise in the steering wheel. Dealer says I need to replace rack and pinion for 2400k. I am afraid I'll bite the bullet and be right back here in another year or two. I was told there is a 2 yr warranty on the replacement, so I might gamble on that. Wondering if this is specific to a rough country lifts? Anyone else had this issue with other brands or with NO lift?

    Being I'm not much of a gear head, sadly I just went with what the local dealer preferred. My main concern was really around "how high" and if it would level out the truck. I like the height and there is definitely no rake. As for the ride, I didn't notice much of a difference. However, i did see a 3 MPG drop, so be prepared!

    I've followed this forum for a while to determine what setup to go with. Here's what a came up with so far.... Thanks all for sharing! Helped tremendously 2015 GMC Sierra Crew SLT 4x4 Fuel Assault Wheels 18 x 9" BFG TA KO2s 285x65x18 (Dropped from 20s to 18s to showcase the KO2s side tread) 3.5 Rough Country Lift Model:27820 (I will admit, there is a very minor rub on the front when I cut all the way to one side or the other, but otherwise all is fine.) Magnaflow Exhaust - Dualed
