2016 LT 2500, ecab, 4x4, 8' bed and air bags.. Pull 13K lb 5th wheel camper 3-6 times per year. I would really like a 1500 but camper requires 2500. Got a 2017 1500 loaner once and loved it. Is there a way I can remove rear springs and add 1500 springs and possibly a 3500 overload spring when it squats a little. This truck is too rough riding for retired old guy; but, still need it for camper. Not into a temp fix of lowering tire pressure. BTW, I've got over 1 1/2 million miles of GMs; mostly diesels so trucks aren't new to me; getting old is and it sucks.
Thanks for any/all opinio
