    My third brake light was lonely so I got some new tails as well. If I survive the 110+ heat over the next couple days I'll have a major update for my truck. I'm excited.

    I'm ordering 6 more I like them so much. 2 extra for the bed and 4 for another project.

    There's a gray wire in the gray wire block under the driver's side dash you tap into. There's a few pictures in this thread that point it out. As for the lights I ordered individual LEDs and made my own harness. You just ground to one of the bolts in the same area. There's one just under the carpet and another under the trim.

    Man those turned out great! I've been on the fence between that style and the one's below. I really like the color matching.

    Got some lighting done, more to go. Tapped LED dome controller for interior and picked up the bed light harness for the bed.

    You didn't happen to find the light side of the plug did you? I've been putting off finishing mine because I don't really want to cut the ends off the main harness and go directly to the leds I have.

    Knocked this out in about 20 min this morning. Lund Aeorskin hood protector. It's the stick on version. I almost took it back but decided to give it a try since it was basically free. ($100 chevy accessories coupon) And coming soon...

    Get some McGuire's or Mother detailing spray and wipe it down with a nice microfiber or soft cotton towel. Should look pretty close to what it did when you picked it up.

    I've lowered and lifted all of my own vehicles so it's not that big of a deal for me. I can see it being an issue for someone who has never done this kind of thing before though.
