  2. Off topic on my shake, after the axle and a diff fluid change to 75-90 my downshift clunk is minimal to the point that I only notice it if I’m listening for it
  3. I considered doing exactly that but the dealer nor GM treated me very well and in short told me I was SOL and that’s how the truck is. They are on their own just as they left me on my own. I’d much rather share it with owners searching for solutions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Took a chance and reused both... mainly becuase I only have 35k miles and took them in and out very gently without damaging the seals. Have been leek free *so far if it comforts you I’d at least do seals they are only 20$ or so
  6. An easy quick check is to pull tires calipers and rotors, put it in drive while on jack stands and let it spin and visually check. I have the 9.5 rear I ordered these axles 2014 Silverado 5.3 6sp a/t
  7. Hi all, I am new to being a member but not to this site as it has helped me many times now. I wanted to share my solution to my shaking Silverado. To make a long story short the dealer was no help after many tires, rims and balances. I take matters into my own hands and use dial indicators to check for out of round parts. What I find are non concentric wheel studs that cause my wheels and tires to appear out of round... i ordered two Yukon axles and new wheel studs, install them and I am now a smooth riding happy camper! I hope this helps anyone who’s dealing with the same problem I was chasing. Im sorry for the short post I’m limited on time.
