I put on the cognito elite 3” level with fox 2.5 resi shocks maybe 8 months ago. For the past few months the shocks squeak bad. I have to spray it with silicone lubricant and it’s fine for a few days. Anyone with the same experience? It’s all four of them. I’m on dirt roads everyday so maybe it’s from the dust? I'm waiting for a response from FOX. Thanks.
I purchased the Viair constant duty OBA kit. The tank fits between the frame and the cab and the compressor fits up inside the bed. I was able to weld up some brackets for both the tank and the compressor. The compressor used the mounting location for the bedside steps and the tank uses the mounting location for the running boards. I mounted the air chuck inside the bedside step.
Hello all, I recently purchased a 2020 2500 Duramax that has 35x12.5r17 tires installed. I use the truck for work and really want a full sized spare as the current spare is only a 245/75r17. I was wondering what the max tire size is that could fit in the factory location. Any idea? If necessary I can put it in the bed under my tonneau cover. Thanks guys.
This was somebody else's post that was never solved and I'm having the same issue so I thought I would try to repost it.
Every time I start the 2014 Silverado LTZ the wipers make one swipe. This started as an intermittent issue, I could cycle the wipers and they would return to home position and work as they should. Occasionally the wipers would be slightly above the home position as though they were in intermittent mode. If I cycled them a few times they would return to home position. Now they are always slightly above the home position no matter what I do. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?
I have been trying to find a solution but am having a hard time. The only thing I can find is that it could be a relay that is inside the fuse box and that is nonreplaceable. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
For anyone wondering, yes, it is possible to have a headache rack, a tonneau cover, and a toolbox all at the same time! I just finished building this rack and it works great.
I bought this ranch hand used early January mainly for the looks but figured it would be helpful in case of an accident. About a month later I got to test it out on a Camry. I am curious what y'all think. Would I have been better off without it? The impact pushed it bar back and screwed up the fend er, hood, headlight, and grille. I'm not sure what to think. Luckily the bar was not damaged and bent back into place.
