My truck battery was in low voltage. I accidently put the jump start cables in reverse order (plus on negative terminal) and I saw some smoke coming from the terminals. I quickly de-attached them.
After several minutes, I put the the cables back in the correct order and I was able to start my truck.
However, the dashboard screen said: "Action Required - Open Then Close Driver Window" right after my truck started. The driver window won't roll down at all.
I have checked most of other electricity, the rest of windows, horn, stereo, lights, DC plug, and they were all working fine.
I don't know what I did. Did I fry something up? The driver window won't work? could it be the motor, or the wiring? Does anyone have any idea how to diagnose it?
Thank you for your help in advance.
