Ok so GMC replaced the radio back in Dec-Everything was working fine... then last week I had some lights put on the truck and guess what...after disconnecting the battery the wifi is not working again Radio says when I start its connected to my wifi and the wifi shows the connection to the truck but when I do the apps its says no internet connection I really don't want to go back to the dealer, but is this something that will happen when the battery is disconnected? if so this is a really big flaw in the system.

I can use either as I have both. Truck sees both of them and says connected but apps will not load says network connection problem.

I do but its only for 1 month So I was using my wifi from Verizon-But on a side note the truck wifi says the same thing

Hello I have a 2018 GMC sierra 3500 Just had plow and salter installed-Before I had it installed I used my Verizon WIFI unit, after picking up the truck the wifi registers in the truck but when I go to use the apps on the truck it says no internet. The truck shows connected to the wifi but nothing works 1. the plow installer did disconnect the battery 2. The truck is Brand new Any ideas? Thanks!!!
