  3. Why do I/we have to fill out a captcha bs on every post? Is it just me... Very unfriendly IMO filling out a bs captcha on every dam post
  4. I write down my weights lbs and number of sets, pull-ups, push-ups, calories burned during cardio etc. Before I torn a rotator cuff (march 27) I was at 270 pushups in under 14 minutes. I was hoping the hit 300 in 15 minutes by July. I have another six weeks of rehab before I can start lifting again. At 55 I have to keep telling myself... I'm not 25 anymore Old pic before the board filled up.
  5. Big mistake! Never consent to a search or talk to the police. "I had 4 beers" You should only ask "am I being detained?" "am I free to leave?" Ohio v. Reiner, 532 U.S. 17, 21 (2001) "Keep in mind that Fifth Amendment protections are available to the innocent as well as the guilty. As the Supreme Court has said, its basic function is to protect innocent individuals who otherwise might be ensnared by ambiguous circumstances. Even the "truthful responses of an innocent witness" may provide the government with "incriminating evidence from the speaker's own mouth."

  7. I really broke a sweat today lol I'm body color matching a new bumper cap, also spraying the black ABS mirrors, tailgate, inside the beds floor and walls (scratches). I'm getting away from all the black exterior ABS plastics, it's a pain dessing these parts after each wash plus it will look much better. With ABS you do not need to use adhesion promotor, just an epoxy primer works best. The new (aftermarket) bumper cap dosen't have any markings telling what type of plastic it is. The float test is a simple test to see if adhesion promotor is necessary. I snipped a small piece of plastic from under the new smooth bumper cap and placed it in a small cup of water to see if it sinks or floats. I was hoping for a sinker to save a few dollars but... was not to be lol. After I pick up the clear (SPI), AP and Epoxy primer this project is go! "If It Floats You Must Promote" The BASF Limco Supreme lid when I sprayed the bed in 06 looks like a perfect match
