Can I verify the pressure on a 1995 C1500 1/2 ton?
It's a TBI with a 350 (5.7l) gas engine.
I tested the pressure and it's showing between 10-12 PSI. About 12 at idle dropping to 10-11 on the road test.
I tested before the fuel filter if that matters. The filter is new.
I did the pressure test as the symptoms are...
1. This is all very random, but getting more common.
2. On a 12 mile commute to work it will stall at least once. Most of the time more.
3. Starting to loose power on the expressway, starting to happen once a day, so either going to work or coming home.
If the pressure is fine, what else should I look for other than the pump? I did try and find vacuum leaks with none found.
