    I'm guessing the Infotainment Package is just a software update on a common display platform (but this is purely a guess). However, I'm not sure if/how that could be done "after the fact". Mine happened to have it as an option on the truck my dealer located. Since it is an option for the CTB, you might ask your dealer if a software update could be done. Best of luck!

    You need the Infotainment Package to get XM. At least it's an option on the CBT.... unlike that stupid console that won't open!!!!

    I just got my CTB yesterday and just like everyone else, I'm frustrated with the console. I've been reading the posts but don't see that anyone has cracked the code yet. I'm wondering if the console can be disassembled from the top and rebuilt with the hinged lid. I can slip my hand under the horseshoe-shaped cloth piece and was able to dislodge the fasteners that hold it down in the back. However, I got nervous that I might break it because I'm not seeing how it comes apart from the plastic/rubber portion in the front. Here are some pics of what I'm thinking. Anyone got any ideas????
