    I have a 2019 Silverado LTZ and I've experienced the same situation with the phone where the person on the other end can't hear me. I brought it to the dealer and they determined it was the microphone and replaced it......they said it was fixed but it's not and still has the same issue. Has anyone found a fix to this issue?
