I have 2019 Sierra, 5.3, sometimes it has a very significant delay when going from park to reverse or reverse to drive, then when it engages feels like the rear end is coming out of it. Real evident “bang or thud” when it finally engages. Problem is it doesn’t do it all the time. Service told me they aren’t aware of anything or any tsb’s. Anyone point me in the right direction if there are any tsb’s? I’m not aware of the lawsuit mentioned previously either. Thanks

Have the same issue, was told by service that it was known but no fix. Sounds to me as if GM Is pretty non responsive once they make the sale. This has been a issue with me for 9 months now and if a fix doesn’t come soon I’m looking at Ford or Dodge. Loosing too many business calls by forgetting to turn it back up on the phone. It’s no benefit to have the features of the infotainment center if you can’t use them.

I have same issue with 2019 GMC Sierra, ringtone iPhone XR lowers to nothing, have turned off change volume with buttons and issue persists. Spent 1 1/2 hr with iPhone support and narrowed it down to settings within infotainment on GMC, got no such support from GMC. Google indicates several with issue.
