yep - that is how I went - picked up a furrion bracket and 7" wireless kit for the camper. Was sad to learn my truck did not support the trailer cam, but is what it is as they say!

Thanks, may have to wait for new style then. I do not have 5th wheel package or cam, just the single rear tail gate. Looking like I'll just do the wireless add on for now.

So I've pretty much figured out that my truck does not have the 270 or 360 view, and the trailer cam will not work. Bummer, I assumed that since I had the connections on the truck, trailer controller and app it would be setup for cam as well - I bought it off the lot, and that is the only option I would have added. I would have loved to have the invisible cam, but the biggest issue is my wife stinks at spotting me back, and I often need to back my 24 foot enclosed car hauler or 21 foot camper. I looked at adding the wireless setup with a screen, but then as I researched, I found this option: https://camera-source.com/automotive-cams/gm-oe-fit/2019-gm-2500-3500-truck-salt-spreader-camper-camera-kit.html I assume I should be able to use that, put it on the camper and unplug the tailgate cam when I hookup? I need to research a bit more, how hard is it to get to the tailgate plug?

Researching this for mine, I have a 2020 LTZ ZZ1 Crew Cab- I do not have the 360 cams, just the rear tail gate view. I scanned my RPO codes and do not see the 270 degree option code. I do have the cam connectors on the rear bumper and trailer control on the truck. KM4JGN here - I need to install on mine soon as well. I have an FT891 and FTM400 in my 2009 Yukon, no issues at all with RFI on either. I was looking more into where to put the head units and antennas. I also want 11 meter. I found one vendor with a bracket for the third brake light i might look at.
