Thanks for the posts. I have the same exact issue as both the recent responses (still). Service department deemed it a hardware issue and replaced my head unit. But I'm still having the same issues. I really do like this truck but the tack in it was not ready for Primetime at all.

Hello All, I can't find this in a search anywhere, but I hope I'm not the only one who's had this issue. 2020 Trail Boss LT. Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. Phone paired fine. I can see my contacts, etc. Most (more than 50%) of the time it works just fine from the pushbutton on my steering wheel. Push button "Yes"...Me: "Call Work" it calls...No problem. But sometimes, particularly if I remote start but not always, I'll hit the button "Yes"...Me: "Call work"..."I can't find a phone. Please pair a phone...etc." But my phone is paired. I can see it right there. The screen says "Galaxy S8" shows my battery life, etc. It's paired.I've been to the dealership and they've done both the software and the hardware (replaced radio)...Still doing it. On my end, the phone is completely updated. All installations recent. Has anyone else had this? What am I missing? Thanks for any insight on this.
