  2. I feel stupid for asking this question, so here goes... I just removed my rockers from the passenger side of the block in order to get access to my lifters. Sprayed B12 Chemtool down the push rods and soaked over night hoping to help a partially collapsed lifter (dreaded lifter tick). My question is, do I have to rotate the intake and exhaust valves on proper stroke before re-torquing or can I just re-torque since I have NOT turned the crank yet?
