  1. i'm no wiring expert, but that diagram almost looks like the washer pump fuse is only hot when the switch is engaged. Maybe try testing for power while the switch is activated. I believe the wiper fuse should be hot when the key is in the "on" position. Hope I didn't steer you in the wrong direction. Good luck!
  2. Report back if you make a decision, I'm curious what you end up finding or what route you plan to go.
  3. I see a lot of info at SilveradoSS.com forums about brake upgrades from big brake kits to corvette retro-fits etc. May be worth your while to stop in over there. The forum is pretty inactive at this point, but has tons of great info. Good luck
