    I have a 2007 Silverado with a 4.8l and the frame is just about shot. My 2003 has a 5.3 and a good frame and solid drivetrain. The 2007 body and bed is in almost perfect condition so I was wondering if anybody has done this kind of swap befor, put the newer body on the older frame?
