I should mention there’s a weird pinging/rattling noise that comes and goes randomly

178k miles. Oil pressure is around 40 upon startup. Goes up to roughly 50 after a few minutes of driving, then drops down to 20 and will fluctuate with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Sometimes when I start the truck, it won’t go into drive right away until the abs/Stabilitrak/cel go on, then it will allow me to put the truck into drive. Local shop said it was a collapsed lifter. Here are the codes that they pulled: P0011, P0300, P0521, P0573, P1380, P219B, P3400 C0161, C0035,C0561 B0163, B0423, B3779 Thoughts on things to try before getting the lifter done?
