Wow, that seems extreme...crazy. It's only happened a handful of times for me so far.

What are the UBC bolts? I'm not a car guy, but I've installed batteries, changed fuses and installed hoses/belts before without any issue. What am I looking for? If it's just a matter of tightening some bolts I'd rather do that than have the service guys mess with it.

Anyone have this fixed yet? I'm thinking GM may have no idea what's actually going on with these issues.

Welp, I've now had this happen to me twice. Eventually by messing with it and giving it some time, the truck does start again. This last time it actually lit the check engine light and sent me an email, but the next day it started right up with no check engine light. At this point I'm glad I leased this thing.

Hey guys and girls! I'm a proud owner of a 2020 Chevy Silverado RST Z71 with the 5.3L V8. Not sure that's enough info, but I'll post anything that might help. I've scoured the manual but can't figure out if it's normal for my gas pedal to click when I depress it. I'm thinking this might be a feature, but I've never had any other car or truck I've owned do this, so it's a little odd to me. It does it even when the car is off and I can feel the click with my hand. It seems to happen at the same position every time and is consistent. My dealer is over 40 miles away, so I'd rather not go out there if I don't need to and if it's something normal. Thanks in advance!
