I just got a 21 Tahoe Premiere also. same problem started at about 100 miles in. Comes on, goes off but it beeps every time. This is not good.
Seems like EVERYONE who has had this issue, has had vehicle in multiples times with NO known fix. Everything attempted by dealer/service/GM, is not solving the issue thus far. BEWARE.
