I'm curious if you ever got a resolution to the issue? I've been noticing that I have issues only when I remote start, it will sometimes not recognize the cellular service. For me it only seems to have started, or at least got worse earlier this year after a couple of back to back updates which seems counter productive of course. Any details on the bulletin or other things you've tried would be helpful and appreciated!

This looks like a pretty slick solution for the tailgate! I didn't get the kicker system since it looked cheap to me. How is the Bluetooth range? It looked like the antenna was mounted on the tailgate on the website but I don't know if thats something I would want to do. I'm assuming as well that the volume is controlled by the phone or device being used to stream to it or is there a volume control I'm missing?
