I recently had a fuel pump installed in my 2001 gmc sierria ext cab z71 offroad 5.3 vortec vin T. And i noticed a 3 prong connector laying on top of the tank and only 1 connector plugged in on the fuel pump and no place for the 3 prong connector to plug in and i recently have hard starting after it's warmed up. Can i drill a hole on top of fuel pump and put a fuel tank pressure sensor in and connect it?
