I am beyond annoyed and frustrated with GM and my local dealer. The infotainment system in my truck has been restarting while connected to CarPlay since I got it, however, over the last few months it has been happening almost every-time I drive (most trips are <10 Miles.). I have had it in the shop four times in the last three months and the dealer has had it over 30 days. The dealer said that hopefully there may be a fix coming in January. The dealer offered to "buy" the truck back at the trade in value and sell me new vehicle at list. They also told me that if GM were to buy it back it would be for less than trade in, which does not seem right to me. I told the Dealer's Service Manager that I wanted GM to buy the truck back and he said that he would get back to me. I have also called GM Customer Care and was assigned an advisor, but cannot get a call back for the life of me over the last two weeks, despite spending hours on hold. This is my first GM truck as my last five were ford, does anyone have any advice on how to get a resolution?
