  1. I have a TST system that came with my Rockwood travel trailer and I have been very happy with it so far. Only downsides are the remote display instead of integrated into the truck, to replace batteries in the sensor you have to remove the tire, although they may last just as long as the tires, and it does require a repeater, but I don’t know if you could get any system to work well without a repeater. I think even the new trucks have a repeater for the GM TPMS systems but it’s already installed at the rear of the truck. https://tsttruck.com/507-series-4-internal-sensor-tpms-system-color-display-and-repeatertst-507-int-4-c.html
  2. I believe I have fixed my problem!! I was able to install the haptic sensors in the channel for the cable to them vs the recessed pockets for the sensors. I am still able to feel them vibrate and it no longer feels like i am sitting with a wallet in each back pocket. i removed the seat, left it in the truck, and leaned it back to remove the seat cover and then pushed the sensors out the cable hole and pushed them back in. Hope this helps someone else and if you have questions feel free to ask.
  3. Yep! Probably my only complaint about using CarPlay. I have tried out the tuck navigation and apps while still on the free service and while I’ve always said the CarPlay Google maps, Waze, etc. are better the truck nav and Pandora app have been pretty good. I have the wireless car play and I love it. A cord isn’t bad for the all day trips but the short in and out it’s a game changer. Also when using the native truck apps I get the notifications for texts come in and when I press it switches to CarPlay reads it and then goes back to the truck navigation. other complaint slightly related is for a physical quick button to bring up the cameras. Having to hit home find the app and then your camera view isn’t a little clunky.
  4. I have a 2021 2500 crew cab standard box And my garage door is about 82 inches to the weather strip and 24’ deep. My driveway gently slopes away from garage and I have about a 2 inch ledge/slope from garage floor to driveway. When backing truck in I have about 4 inches of clearance. I also tried it at my buddies house with with again 82” to the weather strip and his driveway is about level with garage floor if not a touch higher. I fit in his garage with about 2 inches to spare when backing in. hope these examples help! This was a huge criteria for me as well. Hate to see it sit outside. Another thing to take into account is the arm that connect the garage door to the opener.
  5. Were you able to remove them without removing the seat and/or seat cover? I have about 4500 miles so far and while I’ve found better positions I still feel like I’m sitting on something. Just spent 4 hours in a rental 21 suburban, which I’m guessing has similar if not the same seat, without the haptic sensors with absolutely no issues. Seats were very comfortable.
  6. It’s not the firmness of the seats, I love that aspect, it’s the haptic sensors in the seat. Feels like I’m sitting with a can of chew in each back pocket.
  7. I just installed the 2.5” sensor and I can even keep the 2” insert installed and the door closes just fine.
  8. Has anyone with the issue had any luck working with the dealer to resolve it? I am sick after dropping this kind of money, 2021 gmc 2500 Denali duramax with ultimate package, to find the seat almost unbearable after only 1,000 miles. I didn’t notice it on the test drive and the first couple days drove an hour or 2 straight with out issue. Not sure if they moved or what but it’s driving me nuts. May have to resort to removing them myself. I spent half the 1,000 miles in the passenger seat and it’s extremely comfortable.
