Just took my shop to the dealership today to have the Kicker sub + DSP amp, EGR vent visors and bedside 4x4 emblems installed. I normally do all my own installs but work has been running me ragged so I figured I’d leave it to the pros. I dropped my truck off first thing at 7am today and they weren’t done with it until 5pm. It was already pulled out front and I didn’t get to speak to anyone from the service department, just the cashier. Look at where they put the badges! I’ve left a voicemail saying I’d like them removed and installed in their proper location at the rear of the bed. Am I out of line to expect to be taken care of here?

I got my truck 6 weeks ago and went looking for accessories. I found the same 20% off sale and noticed it was originally set to expire on June 1st then they extended it another month. I’d guess similar promos will be fairly common as incentive to order parts directly from a dealer versus one of the many third party vendor you can order discount GM parts from.
