I haven't been able to pull them. The truck will only roll 3mph and it won't come out of the mode.

So I have a 2010 5.3 silverado z71 with 114k miles and was on my way in to work yesterday morning when I stopped for a bottle of water. After walking out of the store and restarting the truck had the message Engine Power is Reduced. This has happened to me before and I changed out the TPS and well as the accelerator position sensor which was about 8 months or so ago. The truck had no problems since then and is still sounding completely fine now. She starts beautifully everytime just won't let me take her anywhere. If anybody has any advice or could steer me into the right direction that would be incredible! Thank you
