I took it to the dealer and specified this bulletin. 22-NA-251 https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10230604-0001.pdf They looked at it and agreed the bulletin applied. I’ve since driven it with no sound yet. Hopefully this fixed it. The work was covered under my powertrain warranty.

I found this while searching for what to do about it. Apparently there is a bulletin for it. Mine is a 2020 so it should still apply under the powertrain warranty.

Has anyone had a for sure fix for this? Mine does it and goes away when in 4 wheel drive. I use my truck daily and really don’t want the service department trying stuff for weeks.
