    It was my understanding that GM had fixed the issue of the fancy tailgate opening when there is a hitch in the receiver. Was I dreaming?

    I have no idea what to believe, mine was built mid November. About as high level as possible, it's still MIA.

    Hope your luck is better than mine. Mine has been in 4300 jail since mid December. Dealer claims it moved lots so at least some activity!! Not holding my breath.

    Shipping date? Delivery date? Another story date? Just wondering! I find it funny (actually disgusted) how GM customer service and the GM dealer neither of which for the last 3 months can't find the truck that I have a vin number for!

    Maybe it was mid November trucks, no one can or will tell me anything other than "sorry". Built mid November, living the dream in 4300 land!

    Agree, I tried the regular Customer Service folks. Became very apparent that I don't know the difference between lip service and Customer Service, all i got was a weeks wait for lip service.

    I'm in the same boat with a GMC. I should have ordered something else!

    Last month they told me it was in a rail yard waiting for a train. I don't believe uncle Warren's trains are sitting still! The frustrating part for me is the dealer called Thanksgiving weekend and said it was on its way. Asked me to come in and pay for it so they could order another truck. Dec 4th I paid for the truck with the understanding it would be here around Dec 21. Before you get in a tissy about me paying for it before it arrived, I've purchased many trucks and sub's from this guy and consider the owner a friend, so I trusted him! Won't happen again, thats for sure!

    So, salesman says my ordered truck is in 4300 but couldn't explain what that meant. Anyone have a clue? Truck was built last week of November, 21 but still in Flint. Thanks
