Here's the sound I'll get a better video after work. No turning involved btw

There’s a squeaking coming from behind or under the steering wheel at 20mph 2000 rpm and 40mph 2500 rpm. It sounds like plastic rubbing checked for any trim that would be lose and nothing. Any ideas? I can upload a small clip and try to record more if needed. Thanks
