  1. Mine ultimately was the transmission. They replaced transfer case, noise still there. Replaced transmission and gone so far...
  2. Replaced transfer case with reman. Leaking out put shaft seal now... Back at dealer. Noise is same as this video at 1:20 Happens in 2wd, Auto, 4hi.. They say they've ruled out torque converter??? Any help is appreciated.
  3. I have a case with GM Customer Service, would this help or same?
  4. Replacing transfer case. Told me they actually ordered one a couple weeks ago? Told me there was a bearing that went out but mentioned water? But still warranty... I have questions... Never drove through more water than puddles in the road.
  5. 2022 Chev 3500 Gas with AutoTrac 2-Speed Transfer Case 59k mi. I have a similar noise. Has been to dealer 3 times now and so far they've removed each drive shaft, then test drove and it's still there. They connected both the pico scope and chassis ears and pico didn't show anything. Chassis ears point to transfer case. The transfer case and transmission fluids have no debris. They are reluctant to open the transfer case or transmission without knowing that's where the issues is. When monitoring the torque converter on the scan tool, it is within specs for slip. Anyone have insight? The noise is at low RPM when you tip into the accelerator and a faint come and go drone when driving on highway. Is getting worse as I drive it. @MTU Alum @newdude
  6. Probably a phone setting but if you want wireless charging in your truck. Get one of these. Mine was easy to install and works well. https://boostautoparts.com/products/2019-newer-gm-charging?variant=42070253568159&currency=USD&gclid=EAIaIQobChMInabXrOOi_wIVs5dbCh0u8QFnEAQYASABEgLs1PD_BwE
  7. Diesel diff same as gas? My gasser had driver's side diff seal leaking that I noticed during an oil change (was not dripping on the floor).
  8. Guys that have went the B&W or other adjustable styles, how do they hold up after a few years of road salt? I'm in MN.
  9. As mentioned, trim level won't affect ride quality but packages such as Plow Prep, Camper PKG, ect.. will have different torsion bar rates and will affect the ride.
  10. Sorry this happened to you. I was really wanting a GMC but had to go to a SLT or higher to get the bucket seats w/ full center console. Ended up with a Chevy because they allowed it as an option in the LT trim. I really wanted the Convenience Package II but was on constraint so I went without but to find out a couple weeks after the order was placed, it was available. Dealer wouldn't let me place another order and other dealers wouldn't give me as good as a deal as I was getting. At the time I felt OK that at least the original dealer had immediate allocation but only to have a supply chain issue with the spray-in bedliner and delayed my delivery over 3 months. Definitely not a fun experience for my 1st new vehicle that I dreamed about since graduating college 17 years ago.. I drove a 2005 Chevy Avalanche over 14 years and 260,000 miles to be frugal while raising a family. To top it off, the dealer said it would be delivered in Oct. so I sold my Avalanche around that time and had to borrow my folks' car until Jan. when it finally arrived.
  11. Their system forces certain options with various packages that don't always coincide with what you can select in the online configurator. The question now is do they have allocation for your trim and options and how long until GM accept the order. If you're lucky and the dealer has allocation, GM should pick your order up today as they do this weekly on Thursday's. Congrats on the new truck!
  12. Dealer reflashed my TCCM. So far so good.
  13. If you didn't get wireless android auto like me in my LT, I've been using this the last year and works great! It's on sale now. I paid $80 when it came out. https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-MA1-Wireless-Android-Adapter/dp/B09PQ95GY4?maas=maas_adg_E303E273C75CDD0732E56679B0309A49_afap_abs&ref_=aa_maas&tag=maas Pair it with a Boost Auto wireless charger and you got 'er made. https://boostautoparts.com/products/2019-newer-gm-charging?rq=th_chevy~yr_2022~mk_silverado-2500-3500&variant=42070253568159
