UPDATE: Now into week 6 and truck still in the shop! Parts supply chain not good for major problems like this!! Dealer tells me he is hoping for this week!

its funny how GM seems to care here, when they did not seem to care when talking to them about my issue talking in person. Driving a little Hyundai Kona for courtesy car when I should get like for like. Already missed one event with my dirt bike. Then when Onstar told me at the beginning they would get my truck home when repairs were done and now they won't as an employee should not have told me that, I cancelled my Onstar and again they did not seem to care that I did. If gm cares they can call Murray Chevrolet in Merritt BC as they have been the only ones giving me updates and doing the best they can for me which is appreciated!! Maybe they can help them get the parts a little quicker as it has been in their shop for 4 weeks today so far!

Just purchased a 2022 Silverado trail boss 2.7ltr auto and had my coolant somehow mix with the transmission fluid. 5000 km on the truck. Warranty is looking after it but they are replacing alot of parts!!! Keep an eye out if your coolant surge tank looks like a strawberry milkshake coming out of it!! you will get an overheat message and to idle vehicle to cool down. with supply chain issues still in effect its taking a couple of weeks just to get parts!!
