I have 2018 sierra 5.3 and whenever I have the lights on I get a whistling noise it sounds like it’s coming from the tweeters but I’m not sure but it’s coming from the front and when I accelerate it gets louder anyone have a similar issue?

I have the same issue with the whistle noise but mine goes away when I turn the lights off and only does it when the lights are on it drives me nuts (2018 1500 5.3)
