I am currently working on a 2016 Silverado 1500 that was a collision repair. The adjustable pedals travel down all the way perfectly fine. When bringing them up I get no click from the relay in the seat control module. The cooled seat shows the lights as if it were working properly but no output, heated seats work though. So far what has been done are these things.
#1 Replaced the seat control module and had reprogrammed by GM
#2 Airbag Module was cleared and reprogrammed
#3 I have inspected all wires on floor and up to the distribution box in the footwell as well as the wires above the junction block
#4 junction block under drivers footwell was twisted and cracked so it was replaced.
#5 I tested to see if the switch was bad from my working 2015 Sierra. Got the click for down but not for up in the seat control relay.
the truck was hit in the front drivers side.
i have been chasing down this issue for 2 months now and nothing we do seems to remedy it, I had wondered if maybe the BCM lost some of its functions.
please any thing I can try will help me so much! Thanks!
