Whiteeye

I keep getting an error every time my truck tries to install the 4-18-23 system update. It goes through the process, and then in the very end, it displays a red error msg. saying it could not complete the update. Then, the display temporarily locks and I can't access any of the screens. I have tried re-installing the update several times and each time it ends with the same error msg. Is anyone else having these issues? Solution?
