Good to know & also good to know they call it a duramax as well because i think that is where the confusing is coming from when i try to look the engine up as i didn't think it was a duramax & thats what kept popping up when i google it, lol. Im trying to learn what & where everything is but having trouble finding a pic of the engine i have. Thank you again, so appreciate it

Hello, hoping someone can help me out . Just got a 2007 GMC C7500 . Its been confusing looking things up for it as i believe its a 7.8l Isuzu engine but there is several different ones & i am trying to figure out if it has the DPF or not & also parking brake, abs & brake with wrench lights stay on with warning chime at all times. Would so appreciate any info i can get .
