I have a 2022 silverado 5.3 RST Z71 and transmission started shifting hard from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. Took it to the dealer and they said i need a new transmission. Luckily still under warranty. But as per dealer and gm all transmissions are on back order and truck has been sitting in the shop for 3 months and no one can answer any questions as to when my truck will be fix. Im starting to regret switching from ford to Chevy. What can i do to help speed up the process. Ive already opened a claim with gm and they say the same thing as the dealer. Transmission is on back order and there is no eta.
