  1. I have already reached out to your team after the first time you reached on this thread. Your team requested some additional information. Once I provided the requested information, your team promptly declined to assist further. We are actively researching the process to ensure GM/Chevrolet is held accountable for their negligence in correcting this concern from the factory.
  2. Just brought my truck in to another service shop. Shudder is so bad…they recommend an entire transmission swap!!! How on earth can that be?! GM…if you’re reading this, would love to hear how we can work together to resolve this without lawyers.
  3. I have been having this problem for the longest time! I have had several dials ran on it and nothing. Came across this thread and it looks like there is a TSB?! I thought GM service centers were supposed to check these when you bring your truck in for service?! I’m shocked at this discovery. I could have some serious damage happening to my truck and GM has failed to send me ANY letter of any sort stating there is a TSB! GM, please reach out to me to help come to an amicable resolution for both of us. I love my truck, 2019 Silverado Z71 RST, affectionately named “A10 Warthog”.
  4. I was able to fix this myself, and I am not a mechanic. The part was dirt cheap as well on parts geek. I believe it took me all of 1hr to swap old part with new, that includes setup and tear down. You need to have a diag tool to recalibrate it otherwise you’ll go into limp mode. I got one off Amazon for maybe 150! All in all I was done with the entire project in an hour and only $200. Well worth the effort.
  5. Do you know if this is something I can do at home?? Could you send a copy of the invoice to show part numbers?? If I can avoid a huge expense…it would help greatly!
  6. Have had my “Service parking brake” light and warning message on for a little bit now. Read about software update as a possible fix. Took it to a certified dealer and had them install the update and paid $150+ for this. Did not fix issue. Took it in today for diag at my local shop…pictures of invoice to show diag. Has anyone found the formal solution to this?? Getting really frustrated with this whole ordeal. This is my first truck purchase…I have always loved Chevy/GM…just not loving this situation right now. My personal scanner first detected a P25A2 code from the OBD2 connection. Still no resolution and money spent going in circles…GM Customer Service…can you please help me??!!
