Having same issue 2019 Silverado high country 6.2 at first it will do it intermittently after the 2nd try it will turn on. Now I have to wait 10 min and it will start like nothings wrong with it. You can hear the starter spinning but it’s not engaging. And sometimes I hear the teeth grinding as if it semi engages only. New starter and still same issue
