    When I follow the Owner Manual instructions of inserting the blade key in the driver's door and rotating it counter clockwise 5 times in 10 seconds, the DIC does not activate. The manual states that this should occur with 2 FOBs in the cup holder or with no FOBs available. I have only one FOB but the DIC does not activate with it in the car or outside the vehicle.
