  1. Finally had a chance to stop by the dealer. SA got the manager and he looked at it for like 10 seconds and told the SA to order me a new rim. He said they have protectors they are supposed to put on the tire machine fingers when doing these kinds of rims but they obviously didn't this time. As I was driving back home, the SA called me and said the wheel had been ordered but was coming out of Phoenix, so it would take about a week.
  2. Appreciate the feedback. Called them just now but they are running a skeleton crew being a holiday. My SA will be in tomorrow, she noted my concern and he'll call me in the morning. I think its pretty obvious the damage was caused by their center clamp machine. There's still a caulk mark on the rim and tire so that they could align them like they were before dismounting. Truck still looks like it just drove off the lot, except for the bite marks on that rim. Its a pretty big dealer. They currently have about 50 2025 Duramax Sierra's and another 50 or so Silverado HDs sitting on the lot. Only reason I had the dealer patch the tire is that the TPMS indicated it was the right rear inner that was flat, not the outer, so they reprogrammed the sensors while it was there. Other than the first oil change, I plan to do all maintenance work on this truck myself, just I have for all my other cars and trucks.
  3. 2024 Denali 3500HD with the 18" polished aluminum rims. Got 6,700 miles on it and it was immaculate. This is what the right rear outer rim looks like now: In all there are 8 such marks (4 from dismounting the tire and 4 more when mounting after patching). The bite marks are deep and definitely won't "buff out". Shouldn't they be using a hub centric tire changing machine with polished aluminum rims, or at least add some sort of rubber protectors to the fingers? Should insist that they replace the rim with a new one?
  4. @TurboTime Are we getting closer to a release date?
  5. @TurboTime Fair enough. And yes, it sucks you can a lot of stuff while vehicle is in motion. I keep having to use my phone while driving to start Teams meetings and what not. Really wish they would provide the option to override at your own risk. Yeah, I'll get a dual stealth pod mount I guess and run both. I take it I would need the iDash Pro with data logging and can't use the data logging feature of my iDash classic since it would be the secondary? I see that the specs for the 2023 Derringer HO is +117hp +225 lb.-ft. Since the 24' has a decent baseline bump (+25 hp and +65 lb-ft.) will the 2024 HO maintain the same bump over stock, or perhaps even do a little better? You mentioned the calibration for the 24'-25' Derringer has been done for months, when will be performance numbers be released?
  6. @TurboTime Will the iDash Pro with its Bluetooth interface be able to integrate with the Android Auto on our trucks and be controlled that way vs. using our phone? THAT would be really slick and make me less mad about dropping $419 on an iDash datamonster less than a year ago when I got my new truck. Yes I could get a dual pod mount and still use it, but the resolution is a lot better on the new one so the old one would look crude by comparison sitting next to each other. Don't how open Android Auto is about 3rd part apps, or the application process, but hopefully you guys are already on top of that.
  7. So are a lot of issues found from the testing since there's no official release yet? The '24s have been on the road for like 1.5 years at this point and I believe you guys have been testing for at least 6 months now.
  8. Appreciate the update Jay! I'm one of those thousands of '24 owners.
  9. Anyone heard from Banks how things are coming along? I guess we're looking at fall/winter at this point before we will see a release?
