Radio/media screen won’t turn off, even with the key out and doors locked – 2018 Sierra SLT. bought new, Never had any problems before, but yesterday, while driving home, the radio stopped playing. I could hear the beep when changing stations and see the stations on the screen, but no sound came from the speakers. I was able to connect my phone and play music through it. When I got home and turned the truck off, the radio/media screen stayed on. I checked again 30 minutes later, and the screen was still on. I had to disconnect the negative cable from the battery to get it to shut off. Last week, OnStar said my vehicle received an update. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My truck is a 2018, did it for the first time this week, i know last week i was told it updated, now having trouble, i assume from the update. The radio will not cut off, i have to remove the battery cable to get it to reset,
