2019 Keystone Bullet 308BHS. Have been pulling it around in Ontario for 2 years now. Can’t wait to get out soon with the family. 36ft bumper to tongue. Loaded it’s approx 7500lb. Currently using a Husky centreline hitch.

I would think all the mounting locations would be the same. I don’t believe you should have any issues. Call your local dealer and ask what hardware kit they have, most likely on the shelf at most.

Picked up the truck. It required an update and it wouldn’t install unless hard wired to their computer. Attached a pic of the update info. Hope this might help others having the same issue. Cheers

The truck is at the dealer today. Dropped it off first thing and hope they figure it out before days end. I will provide and update later...hopefully. Thanks everyone for the input so far.

I think you are right. Best bet is for a hard wired connection update. I’m going to call the dealer tomorrow morning and get it in.

I’m hoping mine will sort itself out on its own like yours did. Is yours a 2019 or 2020? I checked mine again and sometimes the Updates button is greyed out. When greyed out it says “Vehicle conditions are not ideal at this time...” and when it’s not greyed out it says “No updates available, last checked 1/31/2021 at 1:21pm”. Pretty misleading as to whether or not my 2019 is getting an update or not.

I will see what mine is when I have a few mins around lunchtime. I haven’t checked the truck at all this morning so it could be dead out there. Quick look at the link, states 2020 trucks and other vehicles. Mine is a 2019, wondering if it even applies.

I might try this today if it won’t update. Does your truck have the update? What year is yours?

When it finally did the update was the truck connected to wifi at home or was it able to update via cellular on its own? Maybe if I let it run for a period of time it might update.

I have checked a bunch of times and it says no update available or the update button is greyed out. When greyed out it says now is not a good time etc, put in park and try again. Oh I’ve tried again and diddly squat...terrible feeling over here. I won’t be surprised when I try to start tomorrow or the next and it won’t. Hoping someone has the fix or knows why it’s doing this.

I checked it again sitting out there for several hours. I can unlock it and hit power and viola radio turns on. Also notice that when I hit power again to “turn off” the screen in between the tach and speedometer goes black but still is on.

Does yours still do it? I have a feeling that many others are going to be experiencing this in the near future. Maybe the truck needs a vaccine.

Mine won’t. I can go back in after an hour or longer and turn it back on by hitting power. Why all of a sudden are these trucks doing this?

Hey guys. So my 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation has a new issue. When I shut her down and open the door the radio continues to play. I have to hit the power button for the radio/screen to shut down. If I return to the truck and hit the power button the radio turns on without turning it to accessory. I thought it might be that it needs an update. Well it’s connected to wifi at the house and it says no update or when I cycle on and off a couple times that now is not a good time...what is going on here. I’m expecting a dead truck in the next couple mornings to come. Also it’s very cold here. Any ideas?

My GMC Sierra paint is called QuickSilver. I believe it’s the same colour. Wheels are Satin Black Fuel Contras 20” 0 offset. 1.5” Motofab level.
